1. Program description
TCDS Warehouse Operational Alerts is an internal transactional and operational SMS program operated by Total Coverage Database Solutions LLC (“TCDS”). Messages may include system and worker failures, shipping-carrier interruptions, urgent purchase or operational approvals, return and dispute events, security incidents, deadline reminders, escalations, and service-recovery notices. The program does not send consumer advertisements or third-party marketing messages.
2. Eligibility
The program is limited to authorized TCDS owners, managers, employees, and contractors who are at least 18 years old and whose role reasonably requires operational notifications.
3. Voluntary consent and enrollment
Enrollment is voluntary. Authorized personnel opt in by texting START to +1 (571) 516-0419 from the mobile number they want subscribed. Consent is specific to SMS messaging and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. The first enrollment message is initiated by the participant.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies according to operational activity. Critical or emergency events may generate multiple notifications, acknowledgements, reminders, escalations, or recovery messages.
5. Message and data rates
Standard message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. TCDS does not charge a separate subscription fee for this SMS program.
6. STOP, START, and HELP
Reply STOP to unsubscribe and receive no further program messages unless you later opt back in. Reply START to opt back in where supported. Reply HELP for assistance. Campaign-supported opt-out keywords may include STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. For help, email alerts@tcdsolutionsgroup.com.
7. Message content and secure links
SMS messages contain limited operational context. Buyer personal information, credentials, API keys, detailed evidence, confidential financial information, and other sensitive information are accessed through authorized TCDS systems rather than transmitted by SMS.
8. Account and device security
Participants are responsible for maintaining control of their mobile devices and promptly notifying TCDS if a number changes, a device is lost, or unauthorized access is suspected.
9. Delivery and availability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be affected by network conditions, carrier filtering, device configuration, outages, or other factors beyond TCDS control.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TCDS is not responsible for carrier charges, delayed or failed delivery, unauthorized access caused by participant device compromise, or decisions made without consulting the authoritative TCDS application record.
11. Changes
TCDS may update these terms to reflect operational, legal, carrier, or security requirements. Material changes will be published on this page and renewed consent will be obtained where required.
12. Customer care and contact
